When selected, VSMTP32 will check for any pending outgoing mail. If found, it will initiate the sending of all outgoing mail.

This will generate HANDLES.UIP and HANDLES.FID based on your user database and configuration. This is also performed each night if daily maintenance is enabled.

When executed, any current inbound connections will be closed.

When executed, any current outbound connections will be closed.
