I believe in playing a lot of guitars before I buy one... like three stores worth. I also agree with you about the set up affecting performance. Supposedly brand new guitars are facory set up and tested for max performance. It ain't always so. It's worth it to have someone do it for you if you don't have much experience. It would be a shame to have a nice B.C. Rich sound like crap because someone was to cheap to have a pro set it up. |
