Hi,

Tiger is good and you can get a very inexpensive computer there. I buy my
external hard drive cases and such there. Another inexpensive place is
www.mwave.com

What I like to use for a server are IBM used computers located here:

http://www-132.ibm.com/webapp/wcs/stores/serv...
logId=-840&langId=-1&categoryId=2576395

You can get a desktop for $239.99 with a free 1GB MP3 Player during christmas.
IBMs will last an extremely long time and they come with a copy of windows XP
professional and an excellent one button recovery console. I use all IBM
products and have had ZERO problems. The server is pretty fast, although if
you are running PHP games like legend of the green dragon you'll need at least
512 or 1GB megs of ram because at 256, which I am running, is not really enough
if you have alot of web users. But 256 megs of ram is fine for the telnet bbs
side.

For any type of server I would recommend IBM, even over Dell, because you
simply will not have any problems. You can get more computer for the money
with other brands but, like with anything else, your going to get what you pay
for.  :-b.

Here is my setup
