Castrol Syntec isn't 100% synthetic. That's not a problem, it's much better than stock. I remember when the Amsoil came out. I think the porche club put it in a 911 for awhile and then ran the car empty around a track to see how long the car would last until the engine seized. It went quite a few miles which attested to the lubricating quality of the residual oil. jah |
