I would also like to see a truly local message base, where members could post
public and private messages to other members, and not to 'ALL'. RA and EleBBS
both had this function. I know that email will serve for the private mesages,
but what about the public ones? Other than replying to a post in the bases now,
there is no way to post to one individual.
