It was part of the sample batch file, but what it was the sample was copying
the original .001 file to the OUT directory then it would delete the one in the
OUT directory, but not the one in the original (VNET) directory...therefore
each poll, it would copy it to the OUT directory again, send again, and delete
the one in the OUT directory again. So I modified the original sample to make
it work right, hopefully...  Watching (from remote location) to make sure
it works, lets see if it does.
Sorry operators, you can delete the duplicates
