Anyone getting any serious snow? I'm on Cape Cod and we poke out towards the
Gulf Stream a bit which makes things a bit mild. Overall, I bought a new
Subaru Forester back in 2020 and  haven't been able to play in the snow yet :O

Hoping for something significant here. We seem to have the monopoly on wind
however. They are installing three windfarms in the Nantucket Sound on the
South side and the irony is that all the power will eventually go to
Connecticut. My wife is doing an environmental impact study for the cape and
it's kind of sad in that; eminent domain is taking properties for the
project, some public land has been procured and the power is coming in
through three southern beaches to transfer stations being built. It's also
significant in that the power lines from the windmills run quite hot, heating
up the surrounding water. In this case, the benefits don't seem to outweigh
the side effects.
