Due to the fact that my daughter is hopelessly addicted to AOL's Instant
Messenger, I have started an IRC channel on DalNet with the hope of using IRC
again like the olden days. Although Instant Messenger has whistles and bells,
a properly configured IRC chat room is like a grand ballroom in comparison to
little chat windows littered across your computer screen. It's also nice to
see what other people are saying as well. If anyone is interested, I'll try
to maintain a presence at #Four_Corners  on Dalnet. If anyone wants sub-op
status as well, let me know. I think everyone in AspectNet could do this if
they wanted. I might just run it in the background for a few weeks and see if
I can get a user base.
