I think I remember the QWK2REP batchfile that we used for AspectNet which was a network that Eli Sanford put together. I have VirtualNet on my VADV board and don't have then need to use it anywhere else. I just use my synch board to play Lord on BBSlink and do FidoNet at this time. I've been running WWIV since Eli got be back but the latest version is not to my liking. I would rather go retro and run WWIV on OS2 verses trying for Win 10. I think I am getting old. Mystic is OK but Rob Swindell has the most robust platform and support. Ironically so much of this stuff came from WWIV. How much is nostalgia. Nostalgia ain't what it used to be! :O Mysteria Majicka BBS: Cape Cod Massachusetts. Running Virtual Advanced BBS on 10 Nodes. VirtualNet / AspectNet,telnet://majicka.at2k.org or majicka,no-ip.org |
