Well my theory on the toilet paper is that it doesn't make it over the
bridge. I suspect it is worse on the islands like Martha's Vinyard or
Nantucket. And, despite this state being "blue", it is very much like
Maryland where I used to live. The rural areas are blue but the urban areas
are red. It's a peculuar phenomenon in which the governors and mayors tend to
be Republican but, hey... Charlie Baker is a hoot and, don't forget Mitt
Romney who actually started the affordable care act here in Massachusetts
which has made quite a progressive health insurance system in this state.
