VADV comes in two flavors, DOS and OS/2. VADV32 basically puts a wrapper
around the DOS version to allow it to run on Win32 easily, but it's still a
DOS application and does not have the ability to use 32 bit doors. It will
not generate a door32.sys drop file. You will need to use DOS doors with it.
