France will have a rather cloudy day with heavy rain affecting the northwest. Over the British Isles, Storm Éowyn will bring severe gales, heavy rain, and some snow. The Low Countries will experience a cloudy day with rain spreading eastward. In Germany, sleet or snow is expected in the morning, becoming drier later. Poland will remain dry but rather cloudy throughout the day. Denmark will see heavy rain and strengthening winds, while heavy snow will affect southern Norway and Sweden. Northern Finland will have some snow, while the Baltic States see light snow at first, turning dry later. In Belarus and Ukraine, light snow is expected in the morning, with drier conditions later. Switzerland, Austria, Slovakia, and Hungary will have a mostly dry but rather cloudy day. Romania will experience some light snow, while the Balkans remain mostly dry and bright.
