You don't need to use flashsocket.php. Just use my Windows policy server - it
is much easier to setup and more stable.

1. Open port 843 on your router and point it to your BBS computer.
2. Install my policy server on the BBS computer. Run it.
3. Put the flashterm files in a folder on your web server.
4. Edit settings.xml. Name=your bbs name, Address=your telnet address,
Port=port 23.
5. In a browser, load the sample index page that came with flashterm.
