Robert, RW> Ok, let's put this over on the ftn-admin mailing list so we don't RW> clutter up Micronet with this. That's fine. But, it's a reality with ANY FTN Network. If the hub says their address is such and such...and the receiving system has it set as that address...BUT, the packet address is something else (because in the Tosser Setup and AreaFix addresses don't match the packet address), then the tosser regards it as a SECURITY VIOLATION, and as a result, it won't toss the packet. If it doesn't mark it as "bad", it may just delete it. So in short, one's system and their hub needs to be sure that the addresses (and passwords if applicable) are synchronized.
