Czes'c', Artiken!

>> UTF-8 in Terminal is a second feature.

A> The description of what you want to do helps.

A> Linux supports Unicode. You can download and compile Synchronet under
A> Linux.

No, I don't want to try Linux because it is too incompatible with disk OSes.

A> You should ask Digital Man (Rob Swindell) he would know the answer to
A> how well synchronet supports UTF-8. You can modify the source code in
A> C++. Or you can write JavaScript to modify the shell and various
A> options with synchronet. Digital Man is currently adding a HTTP server
A> to synchronet.

I also want another feature: to not to write a conf. file with any area, but
only to write some root ones to be processed recursively.

Example:

FEchos
  FidoNet
    GFD
      DEV
        REXX
  ACNet
    AC_ADMIN
  FutureNet
    FUTURE.MUSIC
    FUTURE.SOFT
FileBase
  SoftMisc
    Arc
    OSes
  SoftWin
    Arc
    INet

and in config there are only FEchos and FileBase.

... Use OS/2, but don't forget about DOS! Just forget Windows.
