I want to create firstly a BBS with Unicode file names support. UTF-8 in
Terminal is a second feature.

It is useless to search Internet for unicode BBSes - not because it is hard, but
because there are no ones.

There are only a few programs those really support Unicode, so it's most likely
that there are no.
