Just a little moreover...

I'm not convinced that IBM437 is playing outside the sandbox of ftsc.  
IMHO, the ftsc should be updated to reflect the existence of IBM437.   
CP437 is fine, but IBM437 isn't?  Sheeesh.

Anyway... this is just one more final confirmation that this message will  
contain the IBM437 kludge upon exit from my system and delivery to my  
bossnode, and remain unchained upon arrival, processing and distribution.

If this message succeeds (which I think the first one did) then it appears  
that Tommi's system is making a substitutions for certain kludge  
conditions.

ibm437 kludge:
