  I remember years ago, you wouldn't think of hearing commercials on
sexual dysfunction, feminine hygiene, bowel, or bladder issues. Now,
they're all over the place. Years ago, people would talk about their
bowels and bladder, and wouldn't say a word about sex. Now, it's the
other way around.
