Have him show you his routing table.  I'd think his system should be,
accordin to what Marty's sais, routing all mail to your system, including
netmail.  I informed him that he might want to just send netmail crash
instead of routed.

He is welcome to send a netmail addressed to "Ping" here at 618/1 and my
system will send back a message with the path in it via routed or crash.
