Perhaps but the DA wouldn't be prosecuting the case if they didn't believe
Simpson committed the crime.  The news of the tapes with Fhurman (sp?)
talking about "I hate niggers" and "I will plant evidence" is obviously to
change the course of this trial if this tape is indeed true.  The case is
over is the tape is true.
