 Now we're getting somewhere. This same society whom tolerates high
 divorce rates, the clogged divorce and custody/payment enforcement
 procedures, calls people deadbeat <xxxxxx>'s, will not for the most
 part allow a sane attempt at eliminating part of the problem to begin
 with because of arcane morality problems. Good Lord, only in America!
