I have noticed if a use has connected VIA telnet.exe it will put a . at the
prompts .. I dont know if this issue is do to VADV or a bug in lord .. or
evan a bug in telnet.exe .. this will cause problems with lord .. I have had
users not evan able to play the game .... have the users that are having
issues try another telnet program like Mtelnet or other ... I have also seens
this issue with BRE not showing the menus using telnet.exe ...

Again .. I dont know where the problem is .. its very possible that its in
the fossil support that VADV uses ... I havent been able to track it down as
of yet .. but till keep on it ..
