I've layed out plans to do something similar. Not sure when I'll get around to
it.. course the one I would make would be for VADV :P

On the ANSI side it would most likely be a VScript program, though I've
considered doing it in QB. On the web side it would be integrated into
VADV-PHP.

Again, not sure when I'll get to it, so don't let me stop anyone else from
doing it first.
