Are religious solicitors (Jehovah's Witnesses, etc.) generally subject to local laws requiring permits for door to door "sales"? 2. Is there (really) a blanket law that gives one the right to demand to be added to a "list of those who wish not to be solicited" when the phone rings and univited sales pitchers start in at you?
