     Bravo. OK then, you've inspired me to ask (hoping the only foolish
questions are those not posed) ...
     1. Are religious solicitors (Jehovah's Witnesses, etc.) generally
subject to local laws requiring permits for door to door "sales"?
     2. Is there (really) a blanket law that gives one the right to demand to
be added to a "list of those who wish not to be solicited" when the phone
rings and univited sales pitchers start in at you?
