Exactly so I do not seem why the judge in South Carolina would not allow
camara in the courtroom.  Obviously, it depends on how the judge runs his/her
courtroom and whether the camaras have an effect or not.

The jury decided not to execute Smith and I suppose this should not come as
much of a surprise as many of the jurors said they would have alot of trouble
sentencing anyone to die.  I would be one to agree with you though...
