However, I suppose they could be T#@> saying "We don't believe the prosecuting lawyers presented enough T#@> evidence to prove you guilty so we will find you not guilty." That T#@> would be the way I could look at and understand the difference. The jury is charged with deciding the prosecution's case. It is the defense's job to attack that case.
