Absolutely not!  If you have no fault, everyones insurance company pays their
own.  If not no fault, contact the police department with the info of invalid
insurance and they will issue a fine.  A report on the alcohol induced female
should also have been filed.  What kind of cops do you have anyway?  Morons?
