Since sh > > did neither, she was negligent. I know in New Jersey they now have Comfort Home Care Centers (where Baby M had her visitation rights with her Mother. In any event, if you talk to your attorney and have him petition the judge with the complaint of alcoholic or abusive parents, the judge will usually grant visitation only at the Comfort House. This is in Hackensack, N.J. but I am sure there are more of them country wide. This is true and was the only allowable situation where my ex could see the children. He got pissed and turned down the opportunity to spend quality time with his kids. He did not want to be checked out and scrutinized when he went there but my children are alive and well now thanks to this wonderful program. |
