So I re-installed TW2002 (d version) again. Made sure the node configuration
was right, made sure the batch file was right, and it just doesn't do
anything.  What could the matter be?  I am beginning to wonder if it's time
to re-install the BBS bit by bit.  Over the years, it has been transferred to
3 different computers and there are lots of redundant file remnants in all of
the folders.
