Just trying to get some discussion going in the sub. In my opinion, the obvious reason is due to O.J. being a American hero to many people it would be a big mistake (in terms of having any chance of getting re-elected as DA) to even try to kill such a man. > 2) Because they can. There is no way someone who kills their kids, and is sane, deserves to live unless you make sure they are suffering for the rest of their life.
