A few days later driver (B) called driver (C) saying he ha > to see why (C)'s insurance read Negative, hearing that without warning co. ha > shut (C)'s insurance off without warning. > Now my wonder is....Is (C) really at steak for paying all damages? My opinion is that it is totally car (A)"s fault and just because (B) is too much of an a_ _-hole doesn't mean they an just blame (C)... to collect on insurance it saounds as if (C) did all they could and made the safest choice they could possibly make... now thw ininsurance co. of (C) is different.... it depends if payments were made on time and if so it's the company's fault and if they don't cooperate (C) can sue... That's my opinion Phantasia................ ZED's ZEN SouthWest*915-699-5051*VirtualNet@1915020*Midland TX USA |
