True, but I doubt the government would start placing soldiers in citzens'
homes today because times are different now compared to the 18th century.
Again, I'm not saying dump the 3rd ammendment but keep in mind the time at
which it was written.  There is NO way our forefathers could have imagined
what life would be like 200 years later.  They were brillant, but not that
brillant...
