1)  I give up.  Obviously, you have some slant on this one (or you wouldn't
have asked it), so what do YOU think is the reason?
2)  Because they can.
3)  The only problem I have with Susan Smith getting the death penalty is
that they probably want to put her in an electric chair, or give her a lethal
injection.
   I think they should put HER in a car and push it into a lake.
