I think America has been trying for years to get the criminals off the street
and nothing seems to be working.  I am not saying there is a solution but
homeowners possessing guns is only adding to the number of dead Americans,
and isn't decreasing the criminals on the street either.

In a perfect world it would be nice to push for all of those things but we
simply cannot AFFORD it.  In Wisconsin it costs around $52,000 to house a
prisoner for a year and if all prisoners started serving full sentences
instead of being released then taxes will need to be raised dramatically.
