Seems to be working out very well so far.  I've gotten BRE, Flip the Bits,
FFS, GW, LORD 1 and 2, TW2002, and Usurper running this method.  Anyone
suggest a good video poker?  I am partial to the T&J version but can't get it
registered as it is unsupported-ware.

Two more quick questions, unrelated to doors though.  How do I go about
activating more than one node in VADV?  And can someone point me at a
document that describes the ANSI graphics structure (menus, etc.) of the BBS
as I'd like to customize a little.
