I've messed with it in the past but I don't know if it is my limited knowledge of sockets that is the problem or that its due to Visual Basic. I have written a telnet server to run door32 doors straight up, but it only works with certain doors and I haven't gotten it to return control back to the BBS once the door was finished (it destroys both sockets). Why it run certain doors and not others still baffles me as well (doormud and ambroshia don't like it). Anyone that is more familiar with doing work with sockets is welcome to give pointers and help find a solution. Steve -- [AT2k] -- Your VBBS/VADV Support Center -- [www.at2k.org] -- [bbs.at2k.org] |
