L#@> I agree that their IS a tradition of favoring the maternal side, based

Apparently they are given a lot of weighted consideration. Men loose
the vast majority of time, so much so it is a revolving door policy
and all men must MUST use their kids as a bargaining chip; they are
*advised* by their lawyers to do it. Imagaine, for those men whom really
want custody, too now have to consider their offspring as pawns!?
Personally, I find this "unofficial" policy revolting.

L#@> However, appeal is the route when one feels, or can show, that those

 L#@> <<The Legend>>

Ya know, sir, you freely talk about appealing and appealing etc etc etc.
Yet, a man can appeal ad nauseum until he goes broke and looses. This is
ridiculous. Why should one HAVE to appeal because the system is not doing
its PROPER job by BEING unbiased?

Look, this is not a personal attack, but you have stated before that you
yourself don't "need" your spouses ex's child support -- properly so --
and have in fact contributed toward her legal assist. That's fine. But my
impression is you are financially "comfortable", and do not fully appreciate
yourself the costly legal burden custodial problems as this can put on
a man. You certainly don't relate to her ex! The ineptness and biases of
the legal system can "break the bank". That, sir, is fact!
 ZD!
