You might want to also try loose leaf raspberry or cranberry tea. These both provide some kind of nutrient (what it is, I haven't a clue) that helps stregthen the uteran tissue and as a result lessons your succeptability to cramping. Exercise is an excellent way to increase you regularity, as is maintaining a healthy diet.
