heres a question

i recently discontinued use of the Pill. it did wonders for a lighter period,
as well as ending cramps totally, but ive been very busy lately w/no signs of
relief, and as a result tend to forget to take the pill which throws off my
cycle. this is why i quit taking it all together.  any ideas on how to
eliminate cramps, keep the cycle regular and light w/o the hassle of the Pill?
