My Versa with its 1.8l engine did nicely on hills though I did have a
tendency to smoke the clutch a little now and again on a notoriously steep
side street in Greeneville.  Now that I have a power scooter, I am going to
have to get a larger vehicle which more than likely be an automatic which I
am not too happy about.

When I have my own place where I can have more than one cark, I'll get a
stickshift as I don't need the power scooter constantly.
