That's not true.  You can get good jobs at the VA and USPS without a degree that
pay substantially more than other jobs.  There are a lot of jobs that require a
degree, yes, but there are many jobs that do not require a degree.

Right now the USPS is hiring 100,000 people for jobs that do not require a
degree and pay between $15-$40 an hour.
