Around here you can get your real estate license for around $500.  You just need
60 hours of training and the classes are cheap.

My favorite types of work are technical, financial, and business (or all three
together).  The ideal job would be working for myself so that I wouldn't have to
deal with corporate bullshit which has run overboard these days.
