The government encourages anti-system protests quite often. It is mind numbing.

"Let's protest against police brutality" when your minister is the one
commanding the police. No contradiction in such maneuvers. Ad for some reason
nobody thinks it is weird.

As for people getting infected and then carrying on with their lives as if
nothing happened, we had a case of an old dude who got diagnosed with the virus
and told to stay home. He took a plane to a beach location because he wanted to
have some vacation, virus be damned. He got half the plane infected and then he
died of the virus soon after arrival.

Spain is different.
