Hopefully I'm not wearing blinders but, from the few that end up getting caught, I *think* we have a little less of that here in Canada than in many countries. Usually the biggest complaint here is over high taxes to support our universal health care, which is not perfect but is not bad, and I think this is one of the better countries to live in if you are lower income.
