Spanish government took over the autonomic system. In  US terms, that is like
Washington overriding the Federal
system invoking martial law, except no military display.

They have been doing a bunch of things taking advantage of the fact they have
emergency powers to do stuff that has
nothing to do with the virus. The government has taken no "profit" but a bunch
of its members have tried for sure
:-)

The point is that governments are made of people, and people are suckers that
will sell their grandmothers for a
shot of bourbon. I don t think the virus was released so some lab could sell
vaccines or anything like that, but
you can bet a whole lot of people bribed yet another lot of people in order to
secure distribution deals for
equipment, hidroalcoholics, vaccines and such. Heck, here they used to bribe
officers in order to secure
distribution deals for paper _sheets_.
