When you catch yourself doing that, try to wash your hands and  
face asap.  You'll probably reduce the likelyhood of allowing  
and virii to enter your body from repeated touching to the face.

DRs will tell you that a cold or flu virus spreads from coughing  
or sneezing.  The whole notion that you can get covid-19 from  
people just breathing around you is a fear tactic they dreamt up  
later into the campaign.
