From what it sounds like, yes.  I'm not a fan of companies forcing their
employees to get vaccinated but I'm also under the opinion that people
should be able to work from home if their job / position makes it
possible (and precluding them from getting the vaccine if they desire).

It sounds like a big waste of time.  I haven't gotten mine yet and I
keep going back and forth.  I'm not a fan of feeling like I got ran over
by a train then hit by a bus just for six months of "immunity".
