With freedom comes accoutability.  You can have your bear, but if you let him
out and he eats the neighbor's kid - own up and face the music.  It doesn't mean
that all bears should be banned and no one can have one because one person
wasn't watching his bear and was neglectful.  He should pay the price for his
own neglect. 

One person's choise to not get the Kung-Flu shot had no negative impact on other
people.  If they want the shot, that is fine.  They should be fine with that and
not worry about the other people. 

Anyone, one think is certain.  You can't use logic and facts in these
discussions.  You will get hit some type of label within a minute, like
anti-vaxer, racist, or something..
