We are finding that zinc gluconate is awesome in this regard.

Do you know a high percentage of the people who gets into intensive care due to
the
virus suffer massive hair loss some time after getting out of the ICU? We have
found
that people who was having zinc gluconate due to other reasons is having much
less of
a problem with post-icu hair loss.

Not enough data yet for a significative statistical sample, but the anecdotal
data
seems interesting in this regard.
