The truth is the governments don't want to give any freedoms back.  They love
the power and control, which is the most dangerous thing I have seen in my
lifetime.

The solution is really simple.  A date should be set when all people that want
the vaccine should be able to get it.  Let's say by June, everyone should have
been able to get it if that is their wishes.

After that, everything goes back to normal.  End of story.  

Unfortunately I don't see that happening in the US due to slo-moe-Joe - the meat
puppet in there.  The people controlling slo-moe Joe want to keep their power
and control over everyone by keeping this going, keeping the media pumping out
things to divide people, and making people think they need the government to
"keep them safe".  Pure crap.
